Archon.tools connects your website, customer records, booking, campaigns and reporting. Archon Digital also builds websites, integrations and applied-AI systems under a separate written scope. Use this guide yourself, or share it with your assistant to compare plans and work through setup.
A card is required. Confirm your plan and add your card securely to activate the trial. Cancel from My plan before renewal to avoid the next subscription charge. Prices exclude applicable tax. Usage and paid extras are separate. Setup is self-service with written guides; there is no setup fee. Optional AI services are separate from the workspace trial.

Website & forms
Turn interest into inquiries.
Build landing pages, websites, blog posts, inquiry forms, surveys and quizzes with the workspace editors, and make QR codes that point to any of them. Supply your copy and images; custom design and managed content are separate services.
Manage customer records, tags and bulk updates, sales or service pipelines and supported inbox connections. Send invoices and payment links, keep a product and price list and see orders and transactions through a payment processor account you open and control; processor fees are the processor's. You configure your process; assisted imports, data cleanup and custom routing are separate services.
Build campaigns and automated follow-up workflows with your content and consented audience, schedule posts to your connected social accounts from one calendar and run ad campaigns from the workspace with your own ad accounts. Sending usage, ad spend, premium workflow actions and managed campaigns are separate.
Connect supported review destinations, request feedback, manage your business replies and print a QR code that takes customers straight to your review page. Sending usage and ongoing reputation management are separate.
Create courses or community spaces with your ready-to-use content and member access settings, issue completion certificates and run a referral program for members who bring others. Content production, moderation and paid checkout services are separate.
Guides include steps and a completion check. Start with tools in your plan; available menus depend on your workspace configuration and permissions. Your assistant can explain the guide and help you draft. You sign in and confirm changes yourself. Never share passwords, sign-in codes or card details with an assistant.
Customer hub & inbox is required. We confirm supported channels, approved information, voice, included usage, spending controls, stopping behavior and cancellation terms in writing before activation and billing. These are reviewed service choices, not instant activation. Telephone reception is a separate service.
From $3,500, fixed scope. A bounded review of the use case, tool boundaries, adversarial behavior, and recovery paths—delivered with repeatable tests and prioritized findings.
From $6,000, fixed scope. Connect a supported AI model to your approved APIs, tools, and business information through an MCP or API layer, with permissions, error handling, tests, and a documented handoff.
From $8,000, fixed scope. Turn one concrete workflow into a working slice with tool use, retrieval or routing, observability, human review, and defined acceptance scenarios.
Custom work is optional and separate from software access. Prices exclude applicable tax and third-party costs. The written scope fixes deliverables, permissions, schedule and acceptance checks before work starts. A public inquiry does not purchase or activate a service.
These public resources support discovery, comparison and setup guidance. They do not grant anonymous purchasing, payment, authenticated account access or workspace control. Archie’s public demos answer questions; they cannot change your billing or operate your signed-in workspace. Account actions stay with the signed-in customer and their explicit confirmation.
ADAM is a separate Archon Digital venture for licensed digital assets. Its catalog and agent capabilities have their own documentation and access boundaries; they are not Archon.tools workspace features.
